International customers:

ARC offers international ordering by telephone and email only currently. Canadian customers may order online, please see special section below. All international customers should call us at 1-818-769-3250 from 7:00am to 5:00pm (07:00-17:00) Pacific Time (GMT-8). You may email your requests to info@arcservicesco.com

Payments:
For all countries besides Canada, customers are required to pay by bank wire transfer. Bank routing information will be provided to you when you place your order.

Shipping:
International shipments are typically shipped by US Postal Service. To preview your rates, you may visit ircalc.usps.com . You can preview your costs by selecting the country in which you are located. Expedited shipping via UPS and FedEx is also available to many countries for deliveries in 1-2 business days. We will provide you with your exact shipping cost before you place your order. The customer is responsible for all taxes and customs fees imposed by your local customs bureau.

Currency:
All of our prices are in US Dollars. Your bank is responsible for all currency conversions so we can only estimate the cost in your local currency due to daily changes in currency exchange rates.

Special note for Canadian customers:
Canadian customers are able to order using our online store using their credit card. Please note that there may be some rare instances where a credit card issued by a Canadian bank may be declined due to technical limitations of our card processor's fraud prevention system. If this happens to you, please do not hesitate to call us immediately to process your order.
