Orders totalling over $99 (excluding tax) qualify for free ground shipping.
This offer is valid for US customers in the continental United States.
We do not offer free shipping to customers in Hawaii or Alaska.
Free shipping orders are shipped via UPS Ground or Ontrac at our discresion.

We can usually ship consumable supplies from the warehouse closest to you.
Most parts and specialty items will ship from our Burbank, CA location.
ARC Services Co. Return Policy
If you need to return a broken or defective item purchased from ARC
Services Co., you may do so in the first 30 days after purchase date.
To return an item you have to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
number (RMA). You can get an RMA number by calling ARC Services Co.
Once your return has been approved on the phone, you may send it back
to us. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Do not send any items back without an RMA number; any items sent to ARC
without an RMA number will be rejected. ARC does not pay for return
postage. ARC can issue you a full refund or send you a brand new item
for replacement. ARC will not accept items that have been damaged or
improperly installed by the customer. Due to possible damage from improper
installation some items must be installed by a factory trained technician
to qualify for returns or exchanges. Please see details below regarding
those specific items.
If you ordered an item but decided that you do not need it or have ordered
it by mistake, you may still return it to ARC within 30 days of the
purchase date. Please first call ARC to obtain an RMA. Your item must be
in a re-sellable condition in it's original packaging. ARC will charge a
15% restocking fee for this kind of return and refund the rest of the
price to you.
There are certain items which cannot be returned to ARC under any
circumstances. These include any Generic parts (parts manufactured by a third
party and not made by the copier manufacturer), manuals, and software CDs.
We generally do not accept returns for circuit boards, but we recommend
that you call ARC if you are having a problem with one.
For customers purchasing Transfer Belts:
Due to the complicated installation process and the fragile nature of
transfer belts ARC Services Co. must have this item professionally installed
by a factory trained technician. Returns for this item are accepted ONLY if
the item is returned unopened (factory sealed box) OR if proof can be
provided that the item was installed by a technician who can determine that
the item is defective. Proof of installation by a factory trained technician
is a copy of the installation invoice complete with the contact information
of the technician. ARC Services Co. will contact the technician to verify
the defect. Once the defect is verified, ARC Services will issue an RMA
for the item.

After 30 days you must contact the manufacturer to get warranty service unless
the item comes with
an extended warranty from ARC.
